Arcturus has officially been confirmed as the tallest domestic cat and reaches a stature of 48.4 cm (19.05 in) and weighs about 30 pounds.

The two-year-old Savannah cat, whose full name is Arcturus Aldebaran Powers, has lived with Will and Lauren since he was just a two-month-old kitten.

His owners say that he eats around a pound and a half of food daily and is so tall he can actually stand at the table to eat.

In order to accommodate Arcturus’ height in their household, his owners acquired a Catio (outdoor cat enclosure) that he plays in and they have also installed a medium-sized dog door for him to pass through comfortably.
